A while ago I taught choreo in a class I had at Hypersquad Dance Company to Rihanna’s “There’s a thug in my life” and just the other day I made choreo to it again. I wanted to see what i would come up with how different my choreo would be now compared to then. I wanted to see if my interpretation of the song would be different and maybe hear things in the song that I didn’t before. I think that it’s important to see where people come from and to see where they are now, especially for ones own self. I think that will help us to grow and to continue in the direction we want to.
The Hype got nominated for BEST COMPETITION TEAM for the World of Dance Industry Awards 2012 … feelin SO incredibly blessed right now and PROUD of my crew! Not only that BUT … also nominated for the same category is my OTHER crew from the Skool District Academy of Villains, along with GRV, Choreo Cookies and Super Galactic!
